Disclaimer

The Earth Nation Events group does not provide liability insurance for protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, or spectators that may participate in any of our hiking, outdoor or indoor events or activities. 

In consideration for participating in any activity, the individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, or spectators (collectively referred to as “Participants”), hereby agrees to release and forever discharge the Earth Nation Events group and its affiliates and its employees, agents, volunteers, officers, representatives, managers, members and partners ( Collectively referred to as “Releasees”), jointly and severally from all and any action, causes of action, claims and demands , upon or for any damages, loss, death or injury, which hereafter may be sustained related to (i) participation in the activity, (ii) the negligence or other acts, whether directly connected to these activities or not, caused by any Releasee, or (iii) the condition of the premises where the Activity takes place, whether or not I am then participating in the Activity. 

I also agree that I, my assignees, heirs, executors, distributees, administrators, guardians, next of kin, spouse, legal representatives will not take any action or make claim against, sue, or attach the property of any Releasee in connection with any of the matters covered by the following release.

Warning and acknowledgement of risks

I am advised that my attendance of the Activity may be in result of loss or damage of property, serious injury or even death. I am voluntarily attending the Activity in the knowledge of the danger involved and I agree to assume any and all risks including bodily harm, injury, death or damage or loss of property, whether those risks are known or unknown to me or the Releasees. 

This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown and unforeseen, unexpected and unanticipated injuries, damages, loss and liabilities and consequences thereof as well as those disclosed and known to exist.  The provisions of any state, federal, local or territorial law or state providing substance that releases shall not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages that are known, unknown or unsuspected to exist at this time, to the person executing such release, are hereby expressly waived. 

Notice of risk

I am advised that my attendance of the Activity may be in the result of the following but not limited to:

Slips and falls resulting in muscular sprains, tears, fractured or broken bones or drowning or loss of life. 

I am advised that my registration and subsequent attendance to any Activity hosted by the Earth Nation Events, is full acknowledgement that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this disclaimer and I fully accept all terms and conditions stated herein.
